Job Overview

AlignHR Oregon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including all tools and shop supplies.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure accurate labeling of materials with job number, material description, quantity, and weight.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Re-order and stock shelves, monitoring inventory levels of sundries stock.
  • Material Handling: Provide correct materials to jobsites 100% of the time.
  • Receiving and Shipping: Receive and confirm inbound shipments match BOL description/quantity and inspect for damage.
  • Project Management: Update project materials lists and pull, stage, and load outbound shipments.
  • Tool Management: Track and store company tool inventory, in an organized and tidy manner.
  • Communication: Notify PM of inbound shipments and coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent math skills, basic Excel skills, and ability to operate a forklift efficiently and safely.
  • Personal Qualities: Hardworking, reliable, and willing to work late or on weekends if needed.
