Senior Manager of Employee Engagement

Bond Building Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Employee Engagement to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and strategizing various aspects and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain Bond employees while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to ensure the organization attracts top-tier candidates across all functions and levels.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement talent management frameworks that support employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Talent Development: Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive talent development and learning programs to ensure continuous growth and development opportunities for all employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in senior-level HR experience.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing talent management programs and initiatives.
- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Experience in workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a managerial or director-level role.
