Job Title:

Senior People Business Partner

We're seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support our local Charlotte and Raleigh offices. The ideal candidate will be located in Charlotte.

In this role, you'll champion our culture and values, and be an advocate for our people, leaders, and business. You'll work to align business objectives with people programs by collaborating across functions and partnering with business leaders.

What You'll Do:

As a People Business Partner, you'll provide progressive and forward-thinking recommendations that influence and drive people-focused matters. You'll collaborate with local leadership and COEs on the development and rollout of people programs, and influence and drive a systems-thinking team and organization.

You'll coach and mentor leaders and leadership teams to be more effective in people and team management. You'll recommend, implement, track, and measure local employee engagement initiatives. You'll consult on organizational effectiveness and development needs, using data to inform decisions.

General day-to-day activities will include employee relations, meeting with employees and leaders to address human resources matters, providing coaching or simply listening.
