About the Role
As a key member of our marketing science team, you will be responsible for various projects targeting automation and simplification of processes, as well as ad-hoc data manipulation and analysis to support sales plays.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns using Teradata, SQL, UNIX, SAS, Hadoop, Alteryx, Python, Adobe, Tableau, GCP, React, and Java technologies.
• Drive team adoption of new technologies and tools, leveraging experience with customer demographic data, internally and externally sourced.
• Develop database ETL processes and perform data modeling and analytics using SQL.

Mandatory Skills
• At least 2 years of experience with customer targeting, list development, modeling, and/or analytics using SQL.
• Strong analytical skills, including resource management, information organization, and execution of targeted marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse teams at various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Technology, or equivalent work experience.

What We Offer
As an employee at SysMind Tech, you can expect a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with your qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
