Job Title: Surgical Technologist - Operating Room

Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to support our client's growing team in Seattle, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to assist with surgical procedures in the operating room. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of surgical protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room
  • Organize and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with the surgical team and patients
Requirements:
  • Certificate from an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening and writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
