Job Title: Trader

Join Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking as a Trader and be part of our Securities Optimization team. We are seeking a skilled professional to handle all securities lending and collateral management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize market experience and relationships to expand our client footprint in the market across the GSF product suite.
  • Cultivate relationships with targeted customer base (i.e., pension, hedge funds, and asset managers). Focusing on increasing overall the business or onboard as a new provider.
  • As a sales trader on the SO team, responsible for handling all client RFQs and facilitate all client facing trades and product origination.
  • As part of the SO risk mandate, responsible to hedge and manage all customer transactions in line with the current limits warehoused within the mandate.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders with the monitoring of all qualitative and quantitative limits. Develop and refine the overall risk management tools for the desk.
  • Service existing and potential clients on the Synthetic Prime Brokerage platform. Provide daily market color and pricing as requested.
  • Work independently and collectively with sales, both locally and globally, to develop bespoke solutions for clients and product pitches.
  • Spearhead the development and evolution of our synthetic PB offering and execution capabilities.
  • Lead the new product and project initiatives for GSF.
Requirements:
  • Strong grasp on the securities lending market, liquidity management, and all Delta One products.
  • Ability to work independently and collectively with sales, both locally and globally.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
What We Offer:
