Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Lending Trader to join our team at Societe Generale. As a Stock Lending Trader, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of our Secured Financing Services Source and providing competitive HTB inventory. You will work closely with our sales team to manage and monitor trading books, automate inventory optimization, and improve our stock loan platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of our Secured Financing Services Source
  • Provide competitive HTB inventory
  • Manage and monitor trading books
  • Automate inventory optimization
  • Improve our stock loan platform
  • Cooperate with sales on existing customer positions
  • Continuously improve our stock loan platform
  • Monitor and enhance client profitability
  • Monitor risk analysis
  • Manage regulatory ratios
  • Automate and enhance book management and risk reporting
  • Improve tools used to price and analyze client transactions
  • Provide detailed explanations of revenue sources per client

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Stock Lending activity, specifically in the HTB space
  • Relationships with demand and supply counterparties
  • Understanding of synthetic wrappers
  • Finance and mathematical advanced knowledge
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize risks from a quantitative standpoint
  • Quick learner

  • Willingness to take on new projects
