Salary Range:

$40,000-$50,000 per year (estimated salary range based on industry standards)

About the Role

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work with our Compliance Governance team and gain hands-on experience in compliance governance, document management, and process enhancement. As a Compliance Governance Summer Intern, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to create new hire welcome packages, maintain internal compliance SharePoint sites, and track document lifecycle management.

You will also assist with administrative tasks, such as document filing, scheduling, and meeting coordination. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during time of summer program)
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3.0 Minimum GPA
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Positive attitude, naturally curious, and enjoys collaborating with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt and adjust priorities based on business needs, organizational, and strong time management skills
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Familiarity with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Sharepoint
  • Works well independently as well as when on a team
