  • Leadership and Team Management

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a casual dining setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods. The ability to travel is not required for this position.
