Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior staff and senior accountants.
  • Evaluate team performance and deliver constructive feedback.
  • Prepare budgets and establish pricing strategies for audit services.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of audits, assessments, and compilations across diverse sectors.
  • Maintain open communication with Partners regarding project status and any client-related issues.
  • Identify critical audit risk factors, devise comprehensive audit strategies, and present findings to Partners and Quality Control.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and positive interactions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of auditing experience within a public accounting environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employee Benefit Plans, Not-for-Profits, or Housing and Urban Development is advantageous.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff across various engagements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
