Join Our Team as a Medical Director of Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine

Saratoga Hospital Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine is seeking a residency-trained physician to join our team as a Medical Director of Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine. This is a combined clinical and leadership role, where you will work in collaboration with a highly experienced physician assistant to provide exceptional care to our patients.

About the Role

As a Medical Director of Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine, you will be responsible for leading our team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to patients with chronic and acute wounds, edema, and hyperbaric medicine needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education and training to our staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to our wound care and hyperbaric medicine team
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute wounds, edema, and hyperbaric medicine needs
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
  • Provide education and training to our staff on wound care and hyperbaric medicine best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong clinical background in wound care and hyperbaric medicine
  • Experience in leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Saratoga Hospital offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $260K to $300K, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and prescription plan, dental and vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, and more.
