- Current/active board certification or be board eligible by the American Board of Medical Specialties in at least one of the following primary care disciplines: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Preventive Medicine, Psychiatry, Geriatrics, Emergency Medicine, or Anesthesiology
