Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to achieve project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure the project is completed within the approved budget.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Collaborate with teams to leverage collective expertise to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Work on high-visibility initiatives that allow you to showcase your skills and expertise to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
  • Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of project management experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Oracle ERP Systems.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address challenges, minimizing potential delays or disruptions, and making effective leadership decisions.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, with the ability to adapt communication style and tone for diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and maintaining a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong resilience and adaptability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity and setbacks.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
  • Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
  • Ability to navigate and access all facilities.
  • Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
  • Close vision for computer-related activities.
