  • Project Management and Execution: Demonstrate expertise in project management, showcasing the ability to independently manage risks (budgets, schedules, and methodologies) while delivering high-quality results to stakeholders.   • Project Planning: Formulate comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets, aligning with data center goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments as necessary, report identified risks to management and relevant parties, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communication Skills and Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison between the organization, clients, and vendors. Effectively communicate updates, issues, and solutions to all project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Scope Change Management: Monitor project scope, ensuring that any changes are documented, approved, and integrated into the project plan appropriately.
  • Operational Change Management: Uphold strict compliance with data center change management policies to mitigate risks to operational aspects.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to guarantee that project deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and current project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and other pertinent materials.
  • Lessons Learned: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process enhancements in future projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education / Experience / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in successfully managing complex projects within a data center environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
