CenterPointe Hospital of Columbia is a private, 80-bed facility that provides clinically excellent behavioral health treatment for adolescents, adults, and senior adults.

We offer both inpatient and outpatient treatment options, as well as specialty services such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for adults struggling with major depressive disorder.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat mental illnesses through a combination of personal counseling, psychoanalysis, hospitalization, and/or medication.
  • Provide clinical services to patients at the facility.
  • Practice within medical protocols defined by federal and state regulations, as well as by corporate, facility policy or procedures.
  • Evaluate patients for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
  • Treat or direct treatment of patients, utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic methods and medications.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) required.
  • One or more years' postgraduate degree practice preferred.
  • Licensed in the state in which the facility(s) operate.
