Risk Management and Insurance Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management and Insurance Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our treasury team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing insurance programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage commercial property and casualty insurance programs
  • Manage renewals of lines of property and casualty coverage
  • Prepare underwriting submissions for each insurance placement
  • Evaluate finance structures to optimize total cost of risk

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience placing corporate insurance programs
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial property, workers compensation and casualty insurance programs
  • Experience with claims management and TPAs
  • Strong analytics skills, good communication, and presentation skills
