Job Description

FI Consulting is a leading professional services firm that helps government and commercial financial institutions solve complex problems in data, analytics, modeling, and technology. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Management Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial risk management, with experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve financial performance
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, engineering, physics, statistics, or mathematics
  • 3+ years of experience in financial risk management, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analytics, with experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, engineering, physics, statistics, or mathematics
  • Experience with financial modeling and analytics, with a focus on risk management and mitigation
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements, with experience in ensuring compliance
  • Experience working in a professional services firm, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
