Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled RN Hospice Nurse to join our team This part-time opportunity offers flexible weekend scheduling and a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, paid 32 hours weekly. In addition to your annual salary, you'll be eligible for weekly productivity bonuses.

About the Role
  • You will develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients receiving hospice services in their homes or assisted living settings.
  • As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you'll coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of client care.
  • With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you'll educate patients and their families on home nursing procedures and other care needs as necessary.
  • You'll also supervise the delivery of delegated duties by LPNs and Home Health Aides, conducting regular supervisory visits to maintain regulatory compliance.
