Licensure and Certifications:

  • Completion of EMTALA training is mandatory within the probationary period.
  • Workplace Violence Prevention Training must be completed during the new hire period.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
  • Occasional climbing of stairs, ramps, or ladders.
  • Capability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Frequent use of upper body extremities for various tasks.
  • Constant visual engagement to monitor surroundings and interact with individuals.
  • Willingness to work in diverse environmental conditions.

Working Conditions:

This position involves working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, with potential exposure to challenging environments.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality security services to safeguard individuals and property.
  • Document and report safety concerns and security incidents promptly.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Provide assistance and information to patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Uphold the organization's values of respect, excellence, accountability, teamwork, and ethical behavior in all interactions.
