Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in our ICU. The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
- Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in patient condition
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current MA RN license required
- Minimum of 1-2 years critical care nursing experience preferred
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor degree in nursing preferred
