Evening Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to enhance our customer service experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling. Key responsibilities in this role include managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and coordinating appointment schedules.

Work Schedule: 3 weekdays (Monday, Thursday, Friday) from 3:30 PM to 8 PM, along with alternating Saturday shifts covering both opening and closing hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dealership phone lines
• Welcome and assist customers and prospects
• Guide customers to the appropriate department and inform relevant personnel of their arrival
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team
• Engage with callers and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner
