Evening Receptionist

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls for the dealership
• Welcome and assist customers and prospects
• Guide customers to the appropriate department, inform relevant personnel of customer arrivals, and introduce clients to sales representatives
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team
• Engage with callers and visitors in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner

Working Hours: This position requires availability for three weekdays (Monday, Thursday, Friday) from 3:30 PM to 8 PM, along with alternating Saturday shifts that include both opening and closing hours.
