We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Business System Analyst to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, exceptional analytical abilities, and a collaborative spirit suited for a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with stakeholders to collect and interpret intricate business requirements and regulations.
  2. Employ Postman for effective API testing.
  3. Extract and analyze data from MongoDB databases.
  4. Develop comprehensive mockups and wireframes to convey design ideas.
  5. Evaluate complex workflows and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  6. Conduct automation tests in partnership with QA engineers to ensure high standards of quality.
  7. Create clear, detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  8. Inquire and seek clarifications to fully grasp complex business rules and processes.
  9. Monitor system performance by analyzing logs using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
  10. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of superior quality work.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  2. Demonstrated experience as a Business System Analyst or in a comparable role.
  3. Proficient in Postman and MongoDB.
  4. Experience in crafting mockups and testing intricate workflows.
  5. Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the capability to review and execute tests.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce detailed user stories and documentation.
  7. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
  8. Experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  10. Adept at understanding, questioning, clarifying, and documenting complex business rules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience within the airline sector.
