MRI Imaging Specialist

This MRI Imaging Specialist position is located at Presbyterian Rust Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in magnetic resonance imaging and be able to perform procedures according to established practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs MRI procedures according to established practices and procedures.
Takes call and schedules MRI exams, stocks procedure rooms.
Acts as a resource person to Radiology staff and medical staff.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required, associates degree preferred.
Current BLS certification is required at time of hire.
MRT (New Mexico licensure) required, R.T. (MR) (ARRT) or ARMRIT (ARMRIT) required for MRI Registered Technologists.
PMRT (Provisional NM licensure) required, R.T. (R) (ARRT) required for Registered Technologist Trainees/Apprentices.
