Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled professional to perform a range of tasks including calibrating, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and ensuring quality control on equipment such as pressure gauges, hydraulic and manual torque wrenches, torque guns, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform calibrations, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards.
- Document all calibration procedures, results, and any deviations from expected values with attention to detail.
- Interact with customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Maintain the calibration lab and equipment in a clean and functional state.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical skills, calibration techniques, and quality assurance knowledge.
- Participate in and lead annual audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a calibration lab environment.
- A strong understanding of measurement principles and calibration techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calibration software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
