Certified Dental Professional

Sterling Medical Corp is seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team in Kodiak, AK. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering top-notch services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of comprehensive dental procedures and practices on site, using Government furnished facilities, equipment, and supplies to a variety of patients.
- Assist dentists in examinations, delivery of treatment, and maintenance of patient records.
- Provide preventive services, including routine cleanings, X-rays, and fluoride treatments.
- Refer patients who present with complex issues to staff dentists for evaluation and continuation of care.
- Attend multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Certificate or Associate degree as a Dental Assistant or 3 yrs. experience working in private practice.
- Minimum of 1 yr. experience working as a Dental Assistant.
- Certification or permit to use X-ray equipment.
- BLS.
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
