Dental Director Opportunity in Alaska

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Director to lead our dental team in Alaska. As a Dental Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dental clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care by maintaining accurate records, conducting regular quality control checks, and staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
  • Manage a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants, to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and referrals.
Requirements:
  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental program.
  • Current licensure to practice dentistry in Alaska.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a dental clinic or hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $250,000 to $280,000 per year, based on experience.
