Job Title: High-Acuity Anesthesiology Opportunity in Washington State

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year

Job Description:

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Anesthesiologist to join our team at a busy hospital in Washington state. As a locum tenens provider, you will be responsible for providing high-volume and high-acuity anesthesia care in a fast-paced surgical program.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be required to supervise 3-4 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) per Anesthesiologist, conduct pre-operative interviews and post-operative evaluations, and be present for induction and assist CRNAs as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology
  • ACLS and PALS certifications
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced surgical environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
