About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Health Technician to join our team at Medcor. As a key member of our on-site clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide superior customer service to clients and employees
  • Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor's Evidence-Based Medicine protocols
  • Build and maintain internal team relationships
  • Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
  • Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
  • Documentation of care using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
  • Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
  • Case Management
  • Medical charting
  • OSHA record-keeping
Requirements
  • Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong computer and other technology skills
  • Familiarity with EMR software
  • Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care
