Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our team at the new NW Specialty Hospital in Reno, Nevada. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from stroke, brain injury, and other disabling conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of conditions, including stroke, brain injury, amputation, and neurological disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their maximum potential and level of functioning.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Administer occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure for Occupational Therapy.
  • Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy.
  • Current BCLS certification.
