Position Overview:
Elderwood at Waverly is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for the role of Dining Services Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents, ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations.
- Engage with residents to provide a positive dining experience while adhering to all applicable policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize electronic systems for timekeeping and adhere to the facility's dress code.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age, with necessary employment permits if applicable.
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Physical stamina for a role that requires constant activity.
