Constellation Energy is a leader in clean energy production, and we're seeking a skilled Regulatory Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our nuclear plant operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced regulatory and technical tasks to support nuclear plant operations
  • Provide in-depth regulatory expertise to develop, manage, and implement regulatory activities related to plant safety, reliability, maintainability, and availability
  • Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper licensing basis management and assuring that standard design criteria, practices, procedures, regulations, and codes are used in preparation of products
  • Provide regulatory/technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve regulatory issues

Requirements

  • Minimum: BS Engineering or equivalent technical degree
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience and exceptional performance
  • Superior regulatory/technical expertise in a specific area (e.g., licensing actions, reportability, performance improvement, etc.) and recognized regulatory resource (internal/external)
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
