Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cost managers and quantity surveyors to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Pivot between a delivery and management role, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the market and create a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients.
  • Support our existing key client relationships and lead proposals for new work.
  • Be responsible for the financial management of commissions and undertake staff performance reviews.
  • Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team and identify, coach, and mentor talent to realize their potential.
Requirements:
  • SME in Quantity Surveying with experience in the construction industry.
  • Effectively able to pivot between a delivery and management role.
  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.
  • RICS or equivalent accreditation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite of applications and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Drive to be proactive and self-motivated with the tenacity and ambition to inject value and create solutions.
