Career Advancement Opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute repairs as outlined in service orders efficiently and in line with company standards.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to assess components and systems.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural machinery.
- Engage directly with the Service Manager to keep customers informed of any additional service requirements.
- Provide accurate time estimates for supplementary repairs.
- Carry out warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in diesel mechanics is essential.
- Prior experience as a Service Technician is necessary.
- Experience with Kubota equipment is a plus.
- Strong dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination are required.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to use electronic diagnostic tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
- A positive and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be open to pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
