Job Summary

The Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients and physicians at Taylor Retina Center. This dynamic individual will be responsible for gathering patient information, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Registration: Greet and register patients according to established protocols, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist patients in scheduling appointments, manage physician schedules, and minimize reschedules.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, effective listening, clear verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to master multiple software systems.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to practice locations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical practice
  • Language: Bilingual - Spanish
Work Environment

Monday - Friday schedule, hourly pay (FLSA non-exempt, eligible for overtime), and travel to Taylor Retina locations.
