  • Act as a representative and provide exemplary customer service for the Corpus Christi Hooks.
  • Assist the sales department by managing incoming inquiries and supporting various operational tasks.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of season tickets, group packages, and hospitality options.
  • Facilitate season ticket renewals and identify new sales avenues.
  • Contribute to the planning of themed events, group activities, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Engage in game-day operations and participate in external events as necessary.
  • Support individual ticket sales at the box office.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Ticket Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and proactive approach to pursuing a career in the sports industry.

Work Environment:
