BronxWorks is seeking a highly skilled Case Management Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to our case management staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct services to clients and manage a small caseload, including home visits, escorts in the field, documentation of progress notes, assessments, and service plans.
- Maintain case records and statistics for the program, analyzing trends and improving service delivery.
- Assist the Assistant Program Director and Program Director in recruiting and training direct service staff.
- Administer personnel policies and procedures under the guidance of the program director.
- Hold weekly supervision meetings with staff and ensure all programs meet contractual goals and reporting requirements.
- Submit internal progress reports on a monthly basis, or more frequently as required.
- Monitor staff performance, including performing case reviews and structured observations.
- Participate in, and encourage staff to become involved in agency events.
- Act as liaison with the community, including the area community district and board.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field of study with a minimum of 2 years experience providing management services.
- Prior supervisory experience working in a social service agency is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of two years program experience in supportive housing is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in modern business communications, including personal computers, electronic mail, voicemail, fax/scan equipment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
