Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts and prepare accurate ledger reconciliations.
  • Manage complex bank account transactions with high volumes of outgoing payments.
  • Assist the Cash Management team in maintaining up-to-date monthly ledger reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support the escheatment process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accurate handling of unclaimed funds.
  • Lead research on bank activity and resolve issues with unposted items.
  • Provide support to internal and external auditors by furnishing requested documents in a timely manner.
  • Respond to Treasury email inquiries and troubleshoot/Order and Configure New Terminals for Community (backup).
  • Act as bank contact and liaison for merchant service (backup).
  • Serve as backup for settlement/payment processing duties- ACH, wire transfer, check processing, returned items.
  • Read all correspondence and interpret existing policies and procedures related to specific functions and carry out procedures accordingly.
  • Develop necessary systems and procedures to support the area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma and five years of relevant experience.
  • Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong experience in account reconciliations and payment processing in a high-volume environment.
  • Exercises a high degree of accuracy working with financial data.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word (MS Office suite products).
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and exercises good judgment.
  • Knowledge of Workday Finance ERP highly preferred.
