Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical subject matter specialist and lead project teams serving a portfolio of well-established clients and projects in the public and private market sectors.
- Project Management: Manage risk assessment projects and tasks, including technical leadership through participation in industry trade organizations, conference presentations, and mentorship.
- Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain client relationships, including stakeholder management activities related to contaminant toxicology, vapor intrusion, and risk assessment.
- Project Implementation: Implement projects, including project scheduling and budget management, and effectively balance billable and non-billable time.
- Marketing and Business Development: Participate in marketing activities and develop business opportunities to grow the company's environmental risk assessment services.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Toxicology, Public Health, or related life science discipline or related field, from an accredited curriculum.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of related professional experience in environmental risk assessment, with strong vapor intrusion experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of and current knowledge of applicable CERCLA, RCRA and state-led regulations and regulatory programs, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work within a team framework.
The expected compensation range for this position is $120,000.00 Annually. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program. Our extensive benefits package takes care of you so that you can focus on doing great work, including insurance and disability, time off and wellness programs, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k) retirement program.
