- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
- Basic computer and phone skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour, plus shop bonus program.
