Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and provide direct communication services to children.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop treatment plans or Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs.
  • Continuously monitor and assess each child's progress.
  • Effectively communicate with parents, staff, and students regarding progress.
  • Complete necessary documentation and data collection for IEP reports and evaluations.
  • Engage in regular meetings with educators and specialists to discuss student needs and interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision to ensure comprehensive support for students.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • State Licensure
  • A minimum of one year of experience in IEP-directed therapy and evaluation within an educational setting (CFY not included)
  • Experience in IEP meetings, case management, and comprehensive reporting
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with children from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in technology and experience with telehealth services
  • A dedicated workspace equipped with a reliable computer, webcam, and secure internet connection
  • Availability during traditional school hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm) with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
