We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Capture Manager to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading capture efforts for dynamic growth missions within the Intelligence Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear and concise win themes and value propositions for capture efforts
  • Develop capture strategy and tactics to produce competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and prices-to-win analysis results
  • Build Raytheon's competitive advantage through internal investment and customer participation
  • Leverage Raytheon's competitive advantage in offered solutions to differentiate from competitors
  • Understand the NRO customer's marketplace, stakeholder customer organizations, and budgets to identify market drivers and trends
  • Maintain relationships with internal Raytheon and external customer stakeholders and functional organizations involved in the program capture
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teaming partners and industry associations to drive partnerships
  • Coordinate and collaborate with business management, strategy, contracts, and supply chain, technology, engineering, and other offices and functions
  • Make recommendations on investment funds, schedule, and execution
  • Successfully navigate the Raytheon capture process and gating requirements
  • Understand customer needs to get ahead of customer solicitations to allow for proper shaping
  • Obtain RFI, BAAs, and RFPs from classified systems, teaming arrangements, preparation of proposals, and aiding in the negotiating and definitizing contracts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of Intelligence Community domain/mission experience, 3+ of those years performing business development or capture manager duties, or an advanced degree and 7+ years of experience
  • Space domain experience with Intelligence Community and Department of Defense agencies
  • 2+ years of experience participating in cross-functional captures teams
  • Active and transferrable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree, Advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years program management or technical management experience working with the Intelligence Community
  • Capture Management certification
  • Working knowledge of Raytheon capture process
  • Experience pursuing US Government contracts within the NRO

This is a hybrid role, with a ratio of onsite and offsite work to be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is $118,000 - $246,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
