Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Western State Nursing in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality care to residents in our long-term care facility, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' condition, including skin breakdown and other health issues
  • Assist with collecting specimens for lab analysis and recording data as directed
  • Help residents prepare for activities and programs, ensuring their comfort and safety
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Medicaid-approved nursing assistant program and hold a certificate of completion
  • Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide certification
  • Ability to pass facility requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
