CR&R Incorporated is a leading waste and recycling collection company serving over 3 million people and 25,000 businesses in Southern California. We are seeking an experienced Environmental Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Roll-Off and other lines of transportation business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations, maintain performance standards to consistently achieve productivity metrics.
Monitor budget and operating metrics while optimizing processes, procedures, and performance.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, OSHA, DOT, and Local regulations and requirements.
Oversee personnel needs, including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
Waste/Recycling or Transportation Industry experience.
In-depth knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other related state and federal regulations.
