Production Line Operator

At Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS), we're committed to innovation and sustainability. As a Line Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to our mission of creating a circular economy.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain production lines to meet quality specifications and customer needs.
- Utilize standard operating procedures to ensure efficient production processes.
- Lead line tooling changes, start-ups, and shutdowns, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular product sampling to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Meet or exceed standard production efficiencies on all production lines.
- Maintain and increase ability to operate various production lines through certifications.
- Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems, performing repairs and adjustments as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing machine operation or extrusion experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, work in fluctuating temperatures, and lift up to 50 pounds.
