Job Title:
Solar Construction Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Solar Construction Manager to lead our team in the delivery of commercial solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve construction plans and schedules
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial solar projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
