Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and repairing equipment, identifying and mitigating safety hazards, and providing exceptional customer service.

About You

We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals who possess a strong foundation in facility maintenance. Your ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of facility maintenance principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from blueprints, written guidelines, and standardized work practices.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with continuous lifting of objects up to 25-50 pounds.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including email, internet, databases, and software.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have a current Colorado driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Have completed a trades apprenticeship program or have three years of experience working as an apprentice.
