About YouWe are looking for motivated and experienced individuals who possess a strong foundation in facility maintenance. Your ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge of facility maintenance principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from blueprints, written guidelines, and standardized work practices.
- Proficiency in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with continuous lifting of objects up to 25-50 pounds.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people.
- Proficiency in using technology, including email, internet, databases, and software.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a current Colorado driver's license with a good driving record.
- Have completed a trades apprenticeship program or have three years of experience working as an apprentice.
