Job Description

The Executive Vice President of Healthcare Services will be responsible for leading the operations and growth of our urgent care organization.

This role requires a seasoned healthcare executive with a strong background in operations, strategic planning, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and high patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with site managers and clinical leaders to develop and implement best practices
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all locations
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; a master's (MBA) preferred
  • At least 10 years of strong operational experience in healthcare settings, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing patient satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders

Competitive salary range: $180,000/year to $220,000/year plus quarterly commissions
