Luxury Electric Vehicle Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Lucid Motors. As an integral part of our Customer Relations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to our valued owners.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Support: Engage with owners, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating owner events, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable experience for our guests.
- Project Management: Manage key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Customer Relations team, developing project plans, preparing presentations, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments to address and resolve owner inquiries, concerns, or escalations promptly and efficiently.
- Customer Loyalty: Cultivate customer loyalty by consistently delivering a world-class experience, exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM management, preferably in Salesforce; highly analytical and empathetic; experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Lucid Motors offers a competitive salary range of $94,000-$115,000 USD, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program.
