Job Overview

This position offers the chance to oversee projects related to various infrastructures such as dams, pipelines, tunnels, levees, bridges, refineries, and building structures, while collaborating with a diverse range of disciplines within AECOM.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects by monitoring scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Driving business development efforts for both new and existing clients.
  • Drafting proposals for engineering services, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Creating Project Work Plans and Health and Safety Plans.
  • Providing technical support across geotechnical projects.
  • Overseeing the preparation of engineering reports and documentation.
  • Reviewing reports and documentation generated by junior team members.
  • Ensuring the quality and integrity of project deliverables.
  • Mentoring and fostering the technical growth of junior staff.
  • Conducting Independent Technical Reviews.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to safe project execution.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in engineering principles and practices, developed through progressive experience in the field. This role requires independent decision-making on technical challenges and methods, along with representation of the organization in professional forums.

Supervision will focus on overarching objectives, critical issues, innovative concepts, and policy matters, with guidance provided for unusual conditions and developments.
